What ParentalRadar is

ParentalRadar is a family digital-wellbeing service: a parent dashboard, a child Android app, shared family agreements, trust scoring, and metadata-based usage insights. It is a tool for family conversations — it is not a surveillance product, a security control, or a guarantee of your child's safety online.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add.
• You must only link devices you are legally entitled to manage for your child.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your responsibilities as a parent

• Be transparent with your child about what ParentalRadar shares — the product is designed for openness, and the child app shows exactly what is collected.
• Use insights, trust scores, and risk signals as conversation aids, not as evidence for punishment.
• Comply with applicable law in how you supervise your child's devices.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ParentalRadar to monitor anyone who is not your own child or legal ward.
• Do not attempt to access other families' data, probe, or disrupt the service.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the service.

Pilot status and availability

ParentalRadar is currently a free pilot. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features while the pilot runs, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. If we introduce paid plans later, we will give clear notice before anything is charged.

Coaching insights are generated by an AI model from summary metadata. They are suggestions, not professional advice — ParentalRadar does not provide medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always use your own judgment about your family.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights, and forms part of these terms. You can delete your family's data at any time from Settings; deleting the account ends the agreement between us.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ParentalRadar is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from decisions you make based on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service, with notice where practicable.

Governing law and contact
